Did you know…

Over 50% of recreational skiers don’t actually fasten their ski boots correctly. (this increases the risk of injury and also reduces performance.)

Over 60% of recreational skiers ski with their body weight back over their heels. (This increases the risk of ACL injuries and blocks the skier from developing.)

Over 90% of skiers have a weaker turning direction (This is really identified when skiing on a steep that is at their technical limit.)

To help educate skiers on how you can fix these issues and many more, our informative and interactive lectures will give you the tools.

The talks will explain the 3 Way Lineage (Ski Technique/Ski Biomechanics/Ski Equipment Precision) and why it’s vital for ski technique development and unlocking classic blocks in skier movement patterns. The all new ‘6 Way Foundation’ tests will give you a chance to be assessed by the team and identify your specific movement ranges and what you need to do to either balance out differences between the right and left side of the body or to generally improve range.
Building upon last years success, the ‘6 way foundation’ will introduce 3 new themes that will work as a logical progression for people who attended last years events but will also act as excellent ‘off snow’ training and preparation for anyone new to the Academy methodology. You’ll leave the lecture having enough information to build your own technique development program off-snow and dramatically change your skiing before the winter season starts.

The cost of the ‘3 Way Lineage’ lecture and ‘6 Way Foundation’ testing system, where you’ll be provided with the tools to build your own development program, is £8 per person for the evening. Each evening will run for approximately 2 hours.
We look forward to seeing you at one of these great venues.
See you there!
