WSSA – SUMMER SKI COURSES 2020 – CERVINIA & ZERMATT
It’s certainly been a crazy couple of months since our Winter ski season was pulled from beneath our feet. But as things slowly reach a ‘new normal’ we find ourselves looking forward to our 2020 Summer Ski Courses in Cervinia and Zermatt.
With the easing of travel restrictions and more and more flights becoming available we are already seeing lots of interest and bookings for our upcoming summer skiing schedule.
Our usual 7 week program will now be condensed to 4 weeks of Academy 5 day courses. Beginning on the 25th of July and staying with our friends at the Hotel Mon Reve in Cervinia, these courses have proved to be the perfect option for anyone wanting to develop their technique and achieve the step change in their skiing they have been searching for. The courses also cater for people who want to master moguls, carving, off piste or to build confidence. Of course full video and biomechanics analysis also take place on the course. If the demand is there for further courses we will look at possibly extending them into September.
Current conditions on the glacier are absolutely fantastic. Temperatures have remained cold which has kept the snow in a perfect state all day long. Last week we took two trips to Cervinia and filmed a general ski around which was excellent. Because of the conditions we decided to film our Friday webinar there too. We were so impressed with the professionalism and conduct of all the Cervinia staff and also everyone using the mountain that we feel nothing but confident and safe about delivering our courses at the end of July.
Check out our linked videos to get a good idea of what to expect from skiing up on the Plateau Rosa glacier.
